RICK ALLEN BARD
Rick Bard WELLINGTON- Rick Allen Bard, 49, passed away peacefully February 6, 2008, at Mayo Regional Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft. He went to be with his Lord and Savior, after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Bangor, December 10, 1958, son of Wilfred J. and Eleen (LeBlanc) Bard, Sr. He graduated from Howland High School in 1977. He was a proud husband and father. Rick worked at local mills, and did carpentry on the side for most of his life. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and family camping trips.

He is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Shelley (Woodard) Bard of Wellington and son, Derreck Bard of Brewer; his parents of Lincoln; brothers, Michael Bard of Bangor, Wilfred Bard Jr. and family of MA; 2 sisters, Mary Elliott, and Susan Young and their families of MA; special in-laws, Donna and Sheldon Woodard of Wellington; several special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; a special friend, Albert Theriault of Rockwood.

Friends may call from 2 to 4, and 6 to 8 PM, Friday, February 8, 2008, at Crosby & Neal, 21 Oak Street in Guilford. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 1 PM Saturday with the Rev. Timothy Shaw of the Community Evangelical Temple in Lincoln officiating. Spring burial will be in the Lawn Cemetery in Guilford. For an online guestbook go to www.CrosbyNeal.com.
