RITA A. TAPLEY
BANGOR & CORINNA – Rita A. Tapley, 74, died June 26, 2002 at a Bangor hospital. She was born March 29, 1928 at Corinna a daughter of Frederick and Ruth (Edgerly) Leavitt. She graduated from Corinna Union Academy and had been employed at Eastland Woolen Mill in Corinna. She was predeceased by her husband Leslie Tapley in 1989.

Rita is survived by one brother, Stanley Leavitt of Corinna; 5 sisters, Lucille Gray of Augusta, Barbara Lemnah of Wellington, Vermont, Joyce Page of Dexter, Beverly Johndro of Corinna, and Mary Sawyer of Ripley; several nieces and nephews.

Private burial will be in Morses Corner Cemetery, Corinna.Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal Funeral Chapel, 68 Exeter Road, Corinna.
