GUILFORD- Robert A. Ashey Jr., 54, died unexpectedly September 11, 2012, at his home in Guilford. He was born January 7, 1958, in Greenbush.

He enjoyed working at odd jobs in the local area.

He is survived by his wife of 2 years, Linda (Herring) Ashey of Guilford; 2 step children, Esther McLain of Bangor, and Aaron McLain and his wife, Myrtle of Dover-Foxcroft.

A memorial service will be held 2 PM, Saturday, September, 15, 2012, at the Church of the Nazarene in Dover-Foxcroft, with Pastor James Duvall officiating.
