ROGER C. MELIA
PARKMAN, Roger C. Melia, 52, died November 12, 2001, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. He was born January 17, 1949 in Greenville, son of George and Virginia (Dean) Melia. He has worked for several of the local industries including Hardwood Products Co. in Guilford where he was working until the time of his death.

He is survived by his wife, Mary (Burnell) Melia of Parkman; 2 sons, Craig Melia of Parkman, and Jamie and his wife, BJ Melia of Corinna; a daughter, Terese and her husband, Dan Hofmann of Somersworth, NH; a stepdaughter, Geraldine Snide of Peru, NY; stepson, Billy Snide of Plattsburg, NY; 3 brothers, Malcolm Melia of Monson, Jerald Melia of Guilford and Alan Melia of Monson; a sister, Dottie Maheux of Westbrook; 4 grandchildren, Austin & Tyson Chambers, Chelcee Melia and Ben Hofmann; several nieces and nephews.

A time of remembrance will be held at Roger's home, 1205 State Highway 150 in Parkman on Saturday November 17, 2001, from 2-4 pm. Those who wish may make donations in his memory to the American Heart Assn., Box 346, Augusta, ME 04330. Arrangements by Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, Guilford.
