Ronald A. Luce
NEWPORT—Ronald A. Luce, 62, died unexpectedly December 13, 2012 to be with his mother, father, brother, and Heavenly Father. He was born April 1, 1950 in Bangor, a son of Carlton and Violet (Harding) Luce. He had been employed as a truck driver for Davis Egg Farms, retiring in 2010.

Ron enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved his nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Neva (Safford) Luce of Newport; 2 brothers, Randy and wife Eleanor Luce of Maryland and Thomas Luce of Newport; 3 sisters and their husbands, Irene and Patrick Haining of Stetson, Nancy and David Sgroi of Bangor, Frances and Hien Nguyen of Auburn; many nieces and nephews; and his cat Hazel. He will be sadly missed by 3 sisters-in-law and a brother-in-law.

Friends may call from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 P.M., Thursday, December 20th at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport.
