VIVIAN (SMITH) HAZLETT She was predeceased by her husband William J. Hazlett in 1988 while living in Dexter; also by brothers Louis, Marshall, Fredrick, and Gilbert Smith. She is survived by a son, James P. Hazlett of North Heath, MA; two daughters, Jane Butler and husband David of Poteau, OK, and Ann Panciera and husband Richard of North Guilford, with whom she made her home for 16 years. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, Rebecca Simmons of CT, Robert, Jared, and Jeremy Panciera locally, also Eric, Asa, and Joel Fish; eleven great grandchildren, Micah, Thomas, Alyssa, Jennifer, Katie, Emily, Krystin, Dadjian, Amber, Joanna, and Cassidy; a sister, Lucy and husband Arnold Burnette of Peoria, AZ; brothers, Floyd Smith of Petersburg, NY, Daniel Smith of Canton, ME, and Donald and Elaine Smith of Saint Lucy, FL; a sister-in-law, Ruth Smith of Greenfield, MA, 4 sisters-in-law in Connecticut, Betty Fenny, Mae Harris, Doris McKinley, and Doris Hazlett; a brother-in-law, Herbert Hazlett of Dover-Foxcroft; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
