OBITUARIES

WENDALL K. "DOC" KIMBALL
Wendall Kimball PARKMAN, Wendall K. “Doc” Kimball, 79, died April 12, 2007, at a Dexter health care facility. He was born July 31, 1927, in Cambridge, son of Erald and Alice (Leavitt) Kimball. Wendall served in the U.S. Air Force during WWII. Following the war, he worked at Guilford Industries for over 40 years and enjoyed outdoor sports such as hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Parkman Baptist Church. He was predeceased by his wife, Hildred (Davis) Kimball in 2002.

He is survived by a daughter, Karol Curtis of Parkman; 2 brothers, Phillip "Ping" Kimball of Sangerville, and Kelsey Kimball and his wife, Pam of AZ, a sister, Melba Cote and her husband, Robert of Sangerville; a granddaughter, Wendy McKenney and her husband Kyle and their children, Derek and Zachary all of Parkman; a grandson, Troy Curtis and his wife, Jen and their daughter, Bailey, all of Lincolnville; special relatives who helped Wendall during his illness, David and Barbara Thurlow of Parkman.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 14, 2007, at the Parkman Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Richard Davis officiating. Friends may call at the church from 10:30 until the time of the service. Burial will be later in the spring, at the Pingree Center Cemetery.
