ZACHARY MICHAEL ALLEN
DEXTER - Zachary Michael Allen, infant son of Derrick Sack and Nichole Field, died Aug. 5, 2004, at a Dover-Foxcroft hospital. He was born June 26, 2004, in Bangor.

He is survived by his parents of Dexter; a brother, Anthony Allen of Stetson; paternal grandparents, Albert and Bonnie Cookson of Milo; maternal grandmother, Deborah Jacobs of Dexter; maternal grandfather, Bert Gatcomb of Lewiston; great-grandparents, Merton and Earline Foss of Perry, and Ed and Betty Brooks of East Corinth; aunts and uncles including, Eric Allen of Dexter.

Friends may call 1-2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 9, 2004, at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St., Dexter. A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter, with Pastor Ed Jaworski officiating.
