Its early morning I sit alone enjoying the solitude
The harbor is quiet an island beginning to appear through the fog
There is a light rain falling now
Boats are moored out in the bay
All facing to the east
The pier quiet and peaceful
Eagles flying low just above the water.
The American Eagle Schooner stands tall in the harbor
Awaiting its passengers
Supplies are loaded and the crew ready
Raising its sails soon for the long journey
We leave the pier and set sail
You can see and feel the excitement
Reflected on everyone's face
The porpoises and seals playing in the bow’s wake
Let the adventure begin and memories of a lifetime to be made.
